By purchasing a WispShot "Lifetime License", you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal or commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the software product.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or host the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with WispShot, please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

4. Limitation of Liability

WispShot is a tool used for capturing screen content. We are not responsible for the content you capture, store, or share using our software. In no event shall WispShot, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including data loss, leaks of sensitive information captured by the software, or business interruption—arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

The service is provided "As Is", without warranty of any kind.
